We are a group of three law firms who have united our forces to take the gas companies and landmen to Court on behalf of our clients. We are actively engaged in gas lease litigation in North Texas. Each member of our team brings a different perspective to these cases, and we are dedicated to obtaining fair compensation for all Barnett Shale landowners whose cases we agree to work on. We will investigate your case based on your completed Questionnaire and we will provide a written assessment of your case at no charge or obligation to you within two weeks of receiving the completed Questionnaire. In order to become a client and be included in the lawsuits we are filing you must:
- Submit to our office the required Questionnaire and Attorney-Client Fee & Engagement Agreement prior to the September 15, 2010 deadline; and
- Receive a confirmation letter from us accepting your case along with a copy of your countersigned Attorney-Client Fee & Engagement Agreement.
Tuesday Night Meetings:
We also hold informational meetings on Tuesday evenings in Arlington from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. (There are no formal meetings or "start times"; just try to come between 4 pm and 7 pm.)
